QUESTIONS.
01. What license / IDP do I need?
Japanese large-motorcycle license for 400cc+, IDP (1949 Geneva Convention) for foreign riders. Please bring original documents, not copies.
02. What does insurance cover?
Compulsory + voluntary liability up to ¥100M, bodily injury up to ¥30M, vehicle damage waiver with ¥50,000 deductible.
03. What's the cancellation policy?
Free up to 48h before pickup. 50% within 48h, 100% no-show.
04. Can I return after hours?
Yes — self-drop with pre-arranged key box. Extra fee for >2h overrun.
