01. How do you calculate buy-back prices?
Based on current Goo-bike / JBA auction benchmarks + physical condition + mileage. We share the spreadsheet with you.
02. How old a bike do you accept?
Japanese 4 brands: any year. European: 2000 onwards preferred. Very old bikes (1980s-) are case-by-case.
03. Can you ship overseas?
Yes — deregister, export cert, and shipping arrangement. Most work with EU / SEA / AU customers.
04. How long does name transfer take?
Light bikes (≤250cc): 1–3 days. Registered bikes (250cc+): 3–7 days pending the regional transport bureau.
